West Coast IPA is Dead
West Coast IPA - 7.2%
What started as Green Cheek's infamous ode to a style that apparently nobody likes anymore has grown into an absolutely massive 11-way collaboration, and we're beyond stoked to be included among such an incredible lineup of breweries. To celebrate our shared love for West Coast IPA, this beer is intentionally brewed with minimal malt presence to let the hops do all the talking. Liberally dry hopped with Simcoe, Krush, and Mosaic for full saturation of American hop character, bursting with notes of tangerine, mixed berry sorbet, caramelized pineapple, sticky peach, melon candy, and passion fruit, all backed by a floral dankness. Long live West Coast IPA!
Brewed in collaboration with Green Cheek, Fidens, Brujos, Firestone Walker, Burial, Highland Park, Cellarmaker, North Park, Cloudwater & Pint House because making beer is great, but making it with your Pallys even better!
