Cynara
Japanese-style Rice Lager - 5%
Sharp beer. Sharp artichokes. New digs in Castroville. Meet Cynara (sin-AR-uh), our Japanese-style Rice Lager brewed fresh at our new production facility in the Artichoke Capital of the World. Brewed with precision, this light and lively lager brings delicate grain character, subtle floral hops, and bright carbonation to an exceptionally crisp, snappy finish. Like an artichoke, it's got layers. Unlike an artichoke, you don't have to work for it. Extra crushable and super sharp.
