Hazy IPA - 7%

A hazy twist on our approach to Tropical IPA, with Mosaic as a jumping off point. From there we added a blend of hops specifically designed to deliver maximum island vibes: Citra, Sabro, and Nelson, as well as a couple we didn’t have last time we brewed this beer, Krush and Dolcita. A light fluffy body and a touch of sweetness usher you into a relaxing paradise rich with passion fruit, guava and papaya. Where endless waves of peach, mango and pineapple leave behind tantalizing wisps of coconut and orange zest as they pull away. Ease into the welcoming currents of tropical flavor. Look forward to the swell daze ahead.
