Our most ambitious vanilla project to date, Chop & Scrape Private Reserve was crafted to
showcase the remarkable depth and diversity of vanilla. A blend of Imperial Stouts aged 40–48 months in Russell's Reserve and Jack Daniel's barrels was conditioned on an extraordinary selection of vanilla beans sourced from Fiji, the Cook Islands, Papua New Guinea, Australia, Madagascar, Uganda, Comoros, and Indonesia. Layers of vanilla cream, toasted marshmallow, and chocolate fudge melt into caramel and whiskey soaked dark fruit compote that unfolds with each sip, creating an exceptionally rare and decadent drinking experience.
