West Coast Double IPA - 8.5%

A resinous, dangerously drinkable double IPA. Pine, flamed grapefruit peel, fresh basil and oregano balance against a slightly elevated malt presence punctuated with notes of bread crust and lightly caramelized sugar. A potent mid-palate of orange marmalade, with hints of dried peach and black cherry sneaks around in the background, before slipping into a lemon-tinged bitterness that builds and builds, before elegantly bowing out. A complex herbaceous dankness with floral highlights lingers in the off dry finish, and primes the palate for the next sip.
