A spin on the Daiquiri Island series, Colada Island was born from a desire to teleport to the islands. This Imperial sour ale directly mimics a Pina Colada with heaps of coconut and pineapple, but further conditioned on strawberry. Won’t exactly give you that red swirl in the glass but the entire composition is about as close as you can get in “beer” form.
