Mole Alvarado

Inspired by the rich and complex tradition of mole, we built a blend of imperial stouts aged in bourbon barrels for 11-26 months and conditioned upon Ecuadorian cacao nibs, chile de arbol, black peppercorn, cinnamon sticks, allspice, clove, and sesame seeds. The resulting beer presents a robust experience, balancing the melange of spices with a deep, savory richness, soft bourbon spirit, and a warming heat that excites the palate.
