Our Beer

Unfortunately we’re kind of selfish when it comes to brewing. We brew styles that pique our own interests and allow us to learn more about our craft. But what we strive for is to make sure there’s something for everyone in this ADHD-approach to beer making. Most beers listed below will not be available all the time, but as we continue to evolve as a brewery, you’ll see many of these reappear, along with exciting new releases. Maintaining the fun part about brewing is important to us, so we try not to get too tied down to any particular styles or brands.

Anniversary Ale

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

To celebrate our Anniversary, we brew a rich, “motor oil”– like high gravity stout with vanilla bean and maple syrup. The entire batch is then aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, some of which are then spiked with different ingredients. Generally four releases commence with a different night on every Anniversary week in May, and are primarily released in 22 oz bottles.

Blackbeard's Delight

Robust Porter

What are you gonna go with...London Gentleman? No wait....Blackbeard's Delight! Rich aromas of dark chocolate & espresso from layers of British roasted malts string the nostrils and follow through on the palate. Chewy, viscous texture and minimal bitterness in this oh so smooth dark ale.

American Brown Ale

Classic, American-style brown with strong caramel & chocolate notes, with a light roasty character. Brewed with specialty, bitter-less dark malt from Patagonia, providing a depth of cocoa and espresso notes without astringency.

Imperial Stout

A stout for summer? How about one that's built around s'mores - chocolate, graham cracker & toasted marshmallow. A little bit of smoked malt for complexity.

Iron Crown Brown

American Brown Ale

Classic, American-style brown with strong caramel & chocolate notes, with a moderate roasty character. Hop bitterness is subtle, yet balanced; this is one of our favorite beers to drink as brewers because of it's predominantly malt-forward and easy drinking, providing the palate a nice break from hoppy beers.

Vienna Lager

A toasty, biscuity Vienna-style lager fermented at ambient Monterey temperature. Food friendly, crisp & refreshing, medium bodied. Give your palate a break from the hops and enjoy this malt-centric style for its simplicity.

Session Coffee Milk Stout

Creamy, chocolatey & coffee infused goodness on nitro. “Dry nibbed” with over 30 lbs of Ecuadorian cacao nibs for intense dark cocoa notes, and fresh coffee grounds from Acme Coffee Roasters in Seaside.
