Our Beer

Unfortunately we’re kind of selfish when it comes to brewing. We brew styles that pique our own interests and allow us to learn more about our craft. But what we strive for is to make sure there’s something for everyone in this ADHD-approach to beer making. Most beers listed below will not be available all the time, but as we continue to evolve as a brewery, you’ll see many of these reappear, along with exciting new releases. Maintaining the fun part about brewing is important to us, so we try not to get too tied down to any particular styles or brands.

India Pale Lager

Brewed in defiance of Big Beer's heist of South African hops. We decided, who needs South African hops anyways? There are plenty of incredibly complex, aroma-rich varieties throughout the Southern Hemisphere just waiting to release their oils into the next hoppy concoction. This IPL showcases a unique blend of four hops from Australia and New Zealand.

Belgian-style Tripel

A Belgian-style Tripel  brewed with local orange blossom honey from Mockabees Apiary. Named after its pronounced floral character - notes of jasmine and fresh roses intertwine with clove-like spice and delicate fruity notes from the yeast. Strong in ABV but very smooth, and very dry, despite a perceived sweetness from the aroma.

Bird Law Blonde in glass

Bird Law Blonde

American Hazy Blonde??

Experimental, hoppy blonde ale with the same yeast used to ferment Contains No Juice & Haze of Our Lives. We wanted to see what the yeast was like on it without a dry hop, so we brewed a super crushable, easy going blonde recipe and let this strain do it's magic. Lots of fruity flavors and aromas, infinitely drinkable.

Farmhouse Single

Fermented in an open oak foeder, our take on a "farmhouse" Belgian Single focuses on maximizing the production of vibrant, floral yeast esters that finishes crisp & dry. Rustic in production and appearance, this is an old world style with a tremendous amount of character in the nose, palate and finish.

Brewed with Justin and Nolan, our buds just down the street at Peter B's! This is a refreshing summer rye saison with a pinch of grains of paradise. Gorgeous floral esters created by a blend of traditional yeasts, dry hopped with Czech Saaz hops to complement the aroma. Smooth texture from the rye, dry finish.

Peninsula Pilsner in glass

Peninsula Pilsner

German Pilsner

This Pilsner is all about the delicate balance of soft European malt and floral, spicy notes from classic Noble hops used, which include Czech Saaz and German Tettnang. Our house lager strain adds a pleasant minerality, and attenuates fully for a crisp, clean and dry finish. Basically, we brewed this beer selfishly so we could have a hoppy pils to drink. Super refreshing, tons of flavor, sessionable for any occasion.

International-Style Lager

Inspired by refreshing and food friendly Japanese lagers, we designed our rice lager to be sessionable, crisp, and easy drinking. The addition of Citra whole cone flowers in the hopback give it a kiss of citrusy American hop flavor, while maintaining a mild hop bite and snappy effervescence.
